Family Support Services

Our Family Support Services includes the Service Coordination and Family Reimbursement programs that are funded by the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities. Through OPWDD, individuals can access supports and services that can help your family to support you to live in your family home; assistance for you to live on your own in the community of your choice; help if you want to work; participate in volunteer opportunities or other types of community involvement; and assistance accessing services you need to live your life, including connecting to clinical and therapeutic supports.

Service Coordination provides case management services to individuals who are developmentally disabled.  Serving individuals of all ages, the program connects families to Care Coordination Organization.  Family Reimbursement aids individuals with purchasing furniture and clothing, as well therapeutic services.  The program also helps with respite services.
