The Home for Harlem Dowling project is almost complete.  The agency plans to move into their new home in fall 2016.

Harlem Dowling-West Side Center is working to create a permanent home in the Central Harlem community.  The Home for Harlem Dowling project will be a 60 unit, affordable housing building located on the northeast corner of 127th Street and Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Blvd.  The building will also include 12 studio apartments parenting teens in the foster care system.

In November 2014, a groundbreaking ceremony was held on the site.

The Home for Harlem Dowling project is almost complete.  The agency plans to move into their new home in fall 2016.
